The Friends of Gladstone Nature Park, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, have contacted Architects Without Borders-Oregon, seeking help with the next phase of efforts to develop the 11.5 acre nature park at Webster Road and Oatfield Road in Gladstone, Oregon. They are looking for volunteer help with selection of native plants and design for planting in a 10,000 square foot portion of the park that has been cleared of invasive species. They have received a grant from Metro to buy plant materials.
Architects Without Borders does not expect to be directly involved in this work, but would like to help the Friends of Gladstone Nature Park find a Landscape Architect or other qualified person to provide the needed assistance. If interested, or for more information, please contact Nancy Eichsteadt, director of the Friends organization, at [email protected]
