Urbanism Next Conference Lightning Talks

The event is expired

Urbanism Next is pleased to be hosting a Lightning Talks event as part of the 2019 Urbanism Next Conference! This event will be held at Urban Studio on Tuesday, May 7 and doors will open at 5:30 PM!

Lightning Talks feature presentations which typically consist of 20 slides which are only up for 20 seconds each, however we’ll be shaving off a few more precious seconds and doing 20 slides for 19 seconds each in honor of the year 2019!

Urbanism Next is partnering with the Portland chapter of Young Professionals in Transportation (YPT) to welcome a mix of established and emerging professionals to present their take on the topic: How do we harness emerging technologies to reach desired outcomes?

This is a great way to learn something new in a quick and energetic environment! Admission to the Lightning Talks is included in your Conference registration and this event will take place at the Urban Studio in downtown Portland on Tuesday, May 7. Local professionals are also encouraged to attend. Appetizers and beverages will be available to enjoy as you network with others and hear fresh thinking on these topics. Doors open at 5:30 PM!
