The IIDA Oregon Chapter is pleased to introduce the presenters for the November Forum.
Our first presenter is Robert Roth with Gerding Edlen. Robert has been providing construction project management for over 15 years. His expertise ranges from contract negotiations to specification writing. He has worked for both architects and contractors, and now is facilitating construction administration for a prominent local real estate developer. Rob is now a Senior Project Manager for Gerding Edlen.
Our second presenter is Cherise Lakeside with RDH Building Science. Cherise, FCSI, CDT, has experience with many facets of the project team in the built environment. She has worked in a variety of roles in the AEC Industry, the bulk of which has been in Architecture but she also has experience in Construction, MEP Engineering and now Building Science during her 30+ year career. Cherise is now the Senior Specification Writer for RDH Building Science. Cherise is a Past President of the Portland Chapter of CSI, Director-at-Large on the Institute Board and was inducted into the CSI College of Fellows in October 2019. She is particularly passionate about improving project coordination and communication among disciplines, young professional development and public speaking.

This collaboration enables the IIDA Oregon chapter to increase interest and participation in chapter events while providing our members with additional opportunities to get involved in their community.
