Bridging The Gap
Join us and our selected panel to discuss the challenges and benefits of ongoing generational shifts in the building industry. As older generations prepare for retirement and younger generations prepare to fill those positions, companies must navigate the gap in skills and experience the industry has required in the past. We hope to ease the tension that may arise from multiple generations working together in the same workforce, as well as offer strategies for the transfer of critical knowledge and expertise between all generations.
