While providing a service to others, board involvement is a fantastic opportunity to gain leadership skills, advance in your career, and (if applicable) promote your firm.
Board participation includes leading and managing volunteers, promoting chapter awareness, planning and producing event programming, and sustaining chapter membership. Board members meet on a quarterly basis and assign tasks to volunteers that they can complete throughout the quarter(s).
